Who can attend your lounge?

Our lounges are thoughtfully designed for older adults. While we are not a residential care facility, we do have friendly team members on hand to support your experience and offer companionship throughout the day. The space is created to bring people together, fostering connection and belonging in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

How much does your service cost?

We offer flexible hourly rates, so you only pay for the time you choose to attend. Whether you’d like to join us for a few hours a day or several days a week, it’s entirely up to you. Refreshments are included, and optional extras like premium hot & cold drinks, meals and alcoholic beverages are available at an additional cost.

What activities do you offer?

We host a wide variety of engaging and enriching activities, including live music, wellbeing sessions, art and drawing classes, book clubs, film screenings in our intimate cinema room, and seasonal social events. We also hold special evenings and events for guests and their families.

Can I visit before I decide?

Absolutely. We’d be delighted to welcome you for a visit. Come see our beautiful space, meet our friendly team, and experience the atmosphere for yourself. We believe you’ll feel right at home from the moment you step through the door. If you’re in the local community please pop in for a cup of tea or coffee and chat!

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm. On special occasions such as evening events, we may stay open later and at weekends. To stay up to date with our latest events and community news, we encourage you to download our brochure and sign up for our newsletter.
